Turn everyday common items, which would otherwise go into the garbage, into beautiful items that everyone can enjoy! Fun eco friendly project!

Making Dream Catchers and Amulets:
Dream catchers are one of the most fascinating traditions of Native Americans. The traditional dream catcher was intended to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams, while letting positive dreams through. The positive dreams would slip through the hole in the center of the dream catcher, and glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below. The negative dreams would get caught up in the web, and expire when the first rays of the sun struck them.

Making a bracelet/ or necklace:
Get Creative and design your own bracelet or necklace!!! We will teach you to design, string, and finish your own bracelet or necklace.

Making friendship bracelets:
Originally, these colorful bands were invented by Indians in Central and South America. According to tradition, you tie a bracelet onto the wrist of a friend who may wish for something at that moment. The bracelet should be worn until it is totally worn-out and falls off by itself, at which moment the wish is supposed to come true.

Make Mini Me dolls (family/ friend dolls)
Fun activity for kids and adults!!! Make your own mini me family of dolls. Use different materials to create one of a kind dolls for the different family members in your life!!!

Kaleidoscopes
Fun for all ages! Fun to make...fun to receive. No gift creator or recipient is too young or old to enjoy this traditional form of entertainment. We will design and decorate clear plastic cylinders, and fill them from our selection of unique and unusual materials.

Get a head start on your holiday glamour as you learn how to adorn your hair with beads, feathers and more as you fashion trendy combs, headbands, clips or barrettes. Greta presents for all ages!

Felted Bangle Bracelets
In this workshop you will work with a variety of materials including yarn, ribbon, beads and more, to embellish a soft wool bangle bracelet. We’ve done the knitting and felting for you for this workshop, but you will leave with instructions to make more at home

The cost of each holiday workshop is $40 plus $10 to $20 for materials depending on the class. Purchase each workshop separately or put together a package: buy three and get the fourth one free! You can use your package to take 4 different workshops, or four friends can take one workshop together. Deals cannot be purchased online.
